This major organization in Saudi Arabia has a need for a Threading Line Manager with considerable experience within steel pipe manufacturing. You will be responsible to ensure that all threading Line machinery and facilities are effectively operated and maintained to the highest standards to fulfill production and quality requirements. Key areas: - Plan and supervise all daily activities of the threading Line and ensure that the line runs consistently and achieves the required production and quality target. - Program, set and operate the CNC lathes to produce API and premium joint connections. - Inspection of API and premium joint connections as required. - Prepare and ensure implementation of the relevant ITP, MOC, API / ISO and customer specifications in all processes during production. - Training & development of all Threading Line staff. - Control all administration duties relating to the Threading Line staff. - Preparation of the Threading Line Annual Budget. You must have at least a diploma in Mechanical Engineering (machining) with considerable experience of working as a Threading Line Manager or as a multi axis CNC Machinist with experience of cutting a variety of API and premium joint connections. You must also have held a similar position within an ISA 9001 / API 5CT / 5B OCTG threading facility This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be provided with western style compound living, company car, medical insurance, single or family visa, 30 days paid leave and annual return flights. Contracts are for 2 years and there is an end of service bonus. Interviews will be held locally or in your country of residence where possible.
